These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ManiFit's mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not share your account or let anyone else use it.

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

ManiFit provides fitness tracking and workout content for general informational purposes only, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. Workouts created by a coach, or by you, are suggestions, not medical or professional prescriptions — perform all exercises at your own risk, within your own physical limits.

You assume all risk of injury resulting from your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManiFit is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of workout content, whether coach-assigned or self-created.

4. Coach & Aspirant (Trainer & Client) Relationships

• Coaches are independent providers of fitness guidance; ManiFit facilitates the connection and does not employ or supervise coaches, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any coaching relationship.
• Workouts a coach assigns you are that coach's responsibility. Report any concerns to us.
• Coaches must not misuse an aspirant's data beyond what is needed to provide coaching.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

6. Content

You retain ownership of workouts, notes, and other content you create. By submitting content to the Service (including as a coach assigning a workout), you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service (e.g. showing an assigned workout to the intended aspirant).

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManiFit and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
